  • is obscene, pornographic or sexually explicit;
  • contains excessive profanity;
  • promotes hatred, harassment, unlawful discrimination or violence;

  • is defamatory;
  • infringes or may infringe copyright, trademarks or other intellectual-property rights;
  • contains material that we reasonably believe we are not legally entitled to reproduce;
  • is inconsistent with the Christian identity, message, values or creative direction of the For Your Glory brand; or
  • falls outside the type of custom-design or production services that we choose to provide.

A decision to decline a custom request concerns the content or product that we are being asked to create, rather than the identity or protected characteristics of the customer requesting it.

We aim to treat all customers with dignity, courtesy and respect and to operate our business in accordance with applicable UK law.

7. Customer-Supplied Designs and Content

If you provide us with photographs, logos, artwork, wording, Bible quotations, illustrations, trademarks, graphics or other content for reproduction on a product, you confirm that you own the material or have appropriate permission to use it for that purpose.

You should not submit material that infringes another person’s:

  • copyright;
  • trademark rights;
  • privacy rights;
  • intellectual-property rights; or
  • other legal rights.

We reserve the right to request evidence that you have permission to use particular material.

We may decline to reproduce material where we reasonably believe that doing so could infringe another person’s rights or expose For Your Glory to legal liability.

8. Product Images and Colours

We take reasonable care to represent our products accurately.

However, colours, textures and finishes displayed on a screen may vary slightly from the appearance of the physical product because of differences in:

Handmade, printed, embroidered, engraved and individually produced products may also contain minor variations.

These provisions do not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to conform to the contract.

This is particularly important for decorated garments and products incorporating printing, embroidery, heat-transfer vinyl, specialist transfers, leather, wood or other materials requiring specific care.

For Your Glory cannot accept responsibility for damage resulting from misuse, accidental damage or failure to follow reasonable product-care instructions, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
