Sharing The Gospel of Jesus Christ
Sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ is paramount as children of God. We are called to go out in the highways and byways and share the gospel of Jesus Christ to everyone.
I started this website a few years ago because as a child of God, I wanted to share the gospel of salvation to others who may not know Him or those who may be struggling with their faith.
Over the years, this website has been expanding from posting blogs to now selling Christian message clothing that are handmade.
This business is a family run business with my husband, however, majority of what is being posted has been inspired by the Lord through His Holy Spirit.
Coming to Christ is a decision that I do not take lightly. At the age of 18 I had a dream where the Lord called me to come to Him, however, for years I failed to adhere to His calling. Forwarding a few years, while I was as church one Sunday, the preacher gave an alter call and without realising it, my hand went in the air. I tried my best to pull it down but the more I tried, the more it went up. For no apparent reason, I started to cry.
I got baptized on September 30, 2018 and in all honesty, there has been ups and downs but I am persevering to the end.
Ephesians 6:10-18
Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Put on the whole armour of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. Therefore, take up the whole armour of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
Stand therefore, having girded your waist with the truth, having put on the breast plate of righteousness and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel or peace, above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one. And take up the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God, praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, being watchful to this and with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints.
Why Is It Important In Sharing The Gospel of Jesus Christ?
In the final chapter of Matthew 28 before ascending, the Lord Jesus gave the commission to the disciples
“Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching tem to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world, Amen”
How To Share The Gospel of Jesus Christ
At times you may feel intimidated in sharing your faith with others, especially those who do not believe that Jesus Christ actually exist. This thing is, not to get too stressed or anxious about it because that mau just put you off in sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ.
The first approach and initial question you may ask yourself is “How do you initiate sharing the gospel?” You would probably to ask as question like say “What is the gospel? to your friends. That question in itself would probably get you a very puzzled look, but that’s ok.
Take a deep breath and allow the Holy Spirit to fill your mouth with what you should say. The thing is to share the gospel without being weird or pushy.
It can be nerve racking but this is what the Lord told us in Jeremiah 1:9 “Then the Lord put out his hand and touched my mouth. And the Lord said to me, “Behold, I have put my words in your mouth”.
on that day when you finally muster up the courage to share the gospel of salvation with your family or friends, remember, the Lord Himself will put the words in your mouth.
